Strategic Peacock Fall Tour: Las Vegas

This fall, the Strategic Peacock has been invited to present around the country. On September 11 I presented in Las Vegas at the Luxury Travel Exchange International conference about “Social Channels: The New Customer Service Venue.” It was a great venue and I met a lot of fabulous people!
