In 2017, I was appointed to the Arlington County Commission on the Status of Women, which serves as a community advocate and resource on the social and economic interests of all Arlington women. Each year the Commission honors women for their accomplishments & contributions.
The Commission is seeking nominations for its annual Women of Vision Awards. Do you know someone who has demonstrated a strong commitment to women’s issues and/or engaged community members around women’s issues? Help us recognize and honor them for their accomplishments and contributions to improving the lives and opportunities for Arlington residents, especially women. Categories include: Business, Non Profit or Government. Award recipients must live, work, or volunteer in Arlington. Nominate someone today!
